If you choose not to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. 2.Rescheduling Policy -Rescheduling with More Than 24 Hours Notice: You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty, provided you give more than 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be applied to your new appointment. -Rescheduling with Less Than 24 Hours Notice Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
