Cancellation Policy - Less Than 24 Hours Notice If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. This is due to the time and resources already allocated to your booking. - More Than 24 Hours Notice:** If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule once without losing your deposit. If you choose not to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. 2.Rescheduling Policy -Rescheduling with More Than 24 Hours Notice: You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty, provided you give more than 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be applied to your new appointment. -Rescheduling with Less Than 24 Hours Notice Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure the rescheduled appointment. U
